GYS AUTO P3

A 220 A single-phase pulse inverter with three built-in wire feeders, so steel, aluminum and silicon bronze are each loaded, gassed and ready — no spool swaps between jobs. Synergic setup, collision programs and 200 job memories keep every technician on the same weld.

Triple wire feeder system

Three materials loaded. Zero spool swaps.

The GYS AUTO P3 with all three torches racked and two gas cylinders aboard

Each of the P3's three 4-roller feeders is dedicated to one wire — steel, aluminum, silicon bronze — with its own 118-inch torch. Pick the job on the screen and the machine is welding the right material in seconds, with the correct synergy, without anyone touching a spool or a liner. On a busy collision floor that is the difference between finishing the panel and waiting on the welder.

Feed

Three 4-roller drives

Independent drives with digital encoders for smooth, consistent feed on long runs and thin gauge.

Torches

One per material

Steel Ø 0.6 / 0.8 mm, aluminum Ø 1.0 / 1.2 mm and CuSi Ø 1.0 mm — all 118".

Gas

Two cylinders aboard

Room for two 20 L (4 m³) cylinders, so the shielding gas changes over with the material. Reinforced wheels roll the whole setup between bays.

Everything the job needs travels with the machine — three torches, two gases and the programs, on one cart.
Intelligent welding control

Three processes. One correct weld.

Choose the material and thickness on the 3.5" color screen and the P3 builds the synergy — current, voltage, wire speed and pulse. Save it as one of 200 jobs and every technician runs the same weld tomorrow.

Standard MIG/MAG

Synergic short-arc for steel and stainless outers, rails and reinforcements.

Pulse

Controlled heat input for aluminum and silicon bronze — clean beads, no burn-through.

Manual

Full control of every parameter for the specialist and the odd job.

2T / 4T

Trigger modes for short tacks or long seams without holding the trigger.

USB updates keep the synergy library current as the carmakers bring new alloys into production.

Materials

Built for the materials the OEMs are shipping.

Aluminum

A feeder of its own

Pulse MIG with a dedicated 1.0 / 1.2 mm feeder and torch for aluminum panel and structural repair to the carmakers' procedures.

Steel · HSS

0.6 to 1.2 mm

Synergic short-arc and pulse on automotive-grade and high-strength steel.

CuSi · CuAl

Panel bonding

Silicon-bronze and aluminum-bronze brazing for panel bonding and low-heat joints on coated steels.

OEM programs

Collision synergies

Collision programs out of the box and USB-updatable. Current approvals are in the OEM approvals registry.

Pulse mode puts the heat in where it is wanted and nowhere else — the reason aluminum and silicon bronze come off this machine clean.
Shop power

Single-phase, sorted.

The P3 runs on 208–240 V single-phase, and its PFC front end holds a steady arc anywhere from 185 to 265 V — so it goes to work on the circuit most body shops already have, with no phase converter.
