How we handle your information.

gys.us is operated by Innovative Solutions CRTE Corp, a US importer of GYS equipment, on behalf of the GYS dealer network in the United States. This page explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and what we do with it. It is written for visitors in the United States.

What we collect

Browsing the site collects only what any web server records: pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, browser and device type, and the page that referred you. We use standard analytics to see which pages are useful.

When you send a form, we collect what you type: name, email, phone, shop or company, ZIP code, the machine you are asking about, your message, and any files you attach (for a warranty claim, that is usually a proof of purchase and photos of the machine and its data plate).

Why we collect it

• To answer you. Every form on this site is read by a person, and we reply within one business day.
• To route your request. Find-a-dealer, parts and quote requests may be passed to the GYS dealer who covers your area and your equipment so they can contact you directly.
• To handle warranty. Claims and machine registrations are kept with the serial number so the two-year GYS warranty can be honored.
• To send you what you asked for: a datasheet, a manual, a price, a confirmation.

Where it lives

Form data is processed and stored in Zoho (Zoho Forms, Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk), which acts as our processor under its own privacy terms. Files you attach are stored with the record they belong to.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information, rent lists, or share your details with anyone other than the GYS dealer handling your request and the service providers named above. We do not send marketing you did not ask for.

Cookies

The site uses the cookies needed to run and the analytics cookies described above. Your browser lets you block or clear them; the site keeps working.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the Support form and say what you need; a person will handle it. If you asked a dealer to contact you and change your mind, tell us and we will pass that on.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
